 By booking an appointment with Skin Envy Co., you acknowledge and agree to these policies. 

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the applicable service fee. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
